Indianapolis

This week I had the opportunity to visit the warehouse distribution point in Indiana. It is a large facility with hundreds of feet of rack space and more than a quarter of a million square feet under roof. From this location, the distribution for Major takes place. I've snapped a few iPhone shots to give you an idea of our facilities:

As you see, Major has plenty of loading dock space available for the amount of inbound and outbound traffic that we support. Everything is environmentally controlled so that we can maintain the highest level of quality to the customer and eventually the end user.

This is typical of our rack space. I have to say that this was the cleanest warehouse that I have ever visited, and as a young person I worked in plenty of them! Additionally, they take safety very seriously. Watching the folks process orders, every step is planned out so that they can work efficiently AND safely. Amazing.
